Does a right ovarian cyst cause dysmenorrhea? Are there many symptoms?

Can a right ovarian cyst cause dysmenorrhea? Are there many symptoms?

1. Dysmenorrhea is cyclical lower abdominal pain before and after menstruation, often occurring before and during menstruation, and occasionally within a few days after menstruation. The lower abdominal pain is spasmodic and swollen, and can radiate to the lumbosacral region, inner thighs, and around the anus. It may be accompanied by pallor, nausea, vomiting, coldness of the whole body or lower abdomen, and frequent and severe pain during defecation. The degree of dysmenorrhea depends on subjective feelings and there is no objective standard, so the incidence rate varies.

2. Right ovarian cysts generally do not cause dysmenorrhea symptoms. If you experience dysmenorrhea, it is recommended to go to the hospital to check the specific cause.

3. The main symptoms of ovarian cysts are abdominal pain, abdominal discomfort, increased vaginal discharge, yellow vaginal discharge, vaginal discharge odor, abnormal menstruation, usually a solid painless mass in the abdomen, and sometimes pain during sexual intercourse. When the cyst affects hormone secretion, symptoms such as irregular vaginal bleeding or increased hair growth may occur.

4. If the cyst pedicle is twisted, severe abdominal pain, bloating, dyspnea, loss of appetite, nausea and fever will occur. Large cysts will compress the vicinity of the bladder, causing frequent urination and dysuria. Especially when these symptoms are severe, bleeding is frequent, and occur at the same time, women are more likely to suffer from ovarian cysts, and the harm of malignant ovarian cancer is greater.
