What is menopause?

Menopause refers to the absence of menstruation within one year. Review can diagnose menopause. If there is no menstruation for two or three months, it can only be menopause. After more than three months of amenorrhea, menopause cannot be diagnosed. Only continued observation can be made until a year before menopause diagnosis can be made. If menstruation has not come for a long time, a routine B-ultrasound examination should be performed, because sometimes estrogen will not suddenly drop to a very low level, which sometimes causes different degrees of endometrial hyperplasia and different degrees of endometrial thickening. If the withdrawal treatment is not timely, it will lead to the possibility of lesions.

Menopausal hormone therapy

Menopause is a stage that every woman will face. After menopause, it means that the ovarian function has completely declined. The ovaries no longer secrete estrogen or progesterone. After menopause, the internal and external reproductive systems will shrink rapidly. Osteoporosis, cerebrovascular disease, etc. may also occur. Hormone replacement therapy is recommended for women after menopause, but the function of various organs in the body needs to be evaluated. If there are no diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, etc., and no hormone-dependent diseases, they can take clidinium or fenma orally to delay menstruation or aging.

What to eat during menopause

Menopause is a natural physiological process. After menopause, the ovaries fail and hormone secretion decreases sharply. After the hormone level decreases, the aging speed will accelerate. If you want to delay the aging speed slightly after menopause, you can eat some natural foods containing estrogen in your diet, such as soybeans, honey, etc. If you go into menopause young, you can use hormone replacement therapy.
