Lower abdominal tenderness and positive motor dullness. Cervical pain, fullness of the posterior dome, and pain when touched; an unclear mass can be touched on one side of the uterus, which is like soft tofu in the early stage and hard, inactive, and obviously painful to touch in the late stage.
