The main symptoms of chronic cervicitis

The main symptoms of chronic cervicitis are abnormal leucorrhea, abnormal vaginal bleeding, pain, etc. However, due to the different severity of each disease, the symptoms that appear are also different. In addition to the above main symptoms, there are also some accompanying symptoms, such as: difficulty urinating, frequent urination. The specific situation analysis is as follows:

Chronic cervicitis is usually caused by acute cervicitis and infertility, but it may also be caused by persistent infection with pathogens such as Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, and Neisseria gonorrhoeae. Patients usually experience the following typical symptoms:

1. Abnormal leucorrhea: After suffering from chronic cervicitis, the inflammatory stimulation may cause the secretions to be viscous or purulent. At the same time, the secretions may contain blood and a small amount of blood, but sometimes it may also be accompanied by symptoms such as vulvar itching.

2. Abnormal vaginal bleeding: Some women may experience abnormal vaginal bleeding after sexual intercourse or between menstruation.

3. Pain: After suffering from chronic cervicitis, some women may experience pain in the lower abdomen and lumbosacral region, especially during menstruation, bowel movements or sexual intercourse, when the pain symptoms are more severe.

In addition to the typical symptoms mentioned above, chronic cervicitis may also cause symptoms such as difficulty urinating, frequent urination, and urgency when the inflammation spreads through the lymphatic vessels or directly spreads to the bladder trigone and the connective tissue around the bladder.

After suffering from chronic cervicitis, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time and follow the doctor's advice for symptomatic treatment to avoid long-term untimely treatment, which may lead to repeated attacks of the disease and affect daily life and work.
