Although there is no clear evidence that this measure can work, measures such as paying more attention and avoiding strenuous exercise can have a certain impact on the mental adjustment of pregnant women. How to care for threatened miscarriage?

Avoid weight-bearing exercises as much as possible to avoid increased bleeding due to increased intra-abdominal pressure. 3. When bleeding lasts for a long time, personal hygiene should be paid attention to to avoid retrograde infection of the reproductive tract, which may cause infectious abortion.
