1. Keep warm and clean

Therefore, hygiene is very important, especially the cleanliness of the vulva. In fact, it is okay to take a bath or wash your hair after abortion, but you must pay attention to keeping warm. Because women always sweat at this time, water is indispensable, but it is not recommended to drink cold water or frozen audio. Everyone's recovery after surgery is different, but at least rest more within half a month after surgery and do not do some physical labor. 4. Bed rest is necessary

Many young women try to go back to work immediately after surgery because of work or other reasons, and cannot stay in bed to rest. But this is very undesirable.
