How many times should women's cervical erosion be treated with physical therapy? Detailed explanation of women's cervical erosion physical therapy

Female friends are very prone to cervical erosion. After the symptoms appear, they will not only feel back pain, but also lower abdominal pain. Especially during menstruation, the symptoms are more obvious. Usually, everyone pays special attention to the existence of symptoms and scientifically master the diagnosis methods. How do you know if you have cervical erosion? What are the main methods of physical treatment for cervical erosion?

What are the key methods of physical treatment of cervical erosion?

1. Electric ironing therapy: Using the thermoelectric effect, the local temperature reaches 100 degrees Celsius, so that the local lesions coagulate, necrotize, scar, fall off and repair. It is suitable for patients with deep erosion and large erosion area. After treatment, vaginal discharge is sometimes thick and dirty, and it will take about 6 weeks until the wound is fully healed.

2. Cryotherapy: Use cryogenic substances to quickly produce ultra-low temperatures to destroy cells and tissues to treat cervical erosion. Cool for 3 minutes, rewarm for 5 minutes, and then refrigerate for 3 minutes. After rewarming, the treatment is completed. After refrigeration, the surface of the cervix quickly swells, and water samples begin to be secreted after 4 to 6 hours. The amount gradually increases and reaches a peak in 3 to 4 days. In 7 to 10 days, the eroded tissue on the surface of the cervix forms a thin film of scab, which gradually falls off and the wound heals slowly. Mild erosion can be cured in 4 to 6 weeks. Moderate to severe erosion can be cured in 6 to 8 weeks.

3. Laser surgery: Use carbon dioxide laser to treat erosion. After the erosion surface tissue is carbonized, scarred, and the scab falls off, the wound is covered by the newborn epithelial cells, and the cure rate is high. The operation method of carbon dioxide laser is direct radiation (average power is 1w/cm2), burning, (1~10w/cm2), vaporization (102~104w/cm2) laser cutting (>104w/cm2). The actual operation of laser surgery should be careful not to go too deep into the cervical canal to prevent cervical adhesion. After treatment, vaginal discharge is sometimes thick and turbid, and it will not heal until the wound is fully healed, which takes about 6 weeks. It is strongly recommended.

4. Microwave treatment: Microwave heating is a new type of physical treatment method. When the microwave heating electrode touches the local diseased tissue, it will instantly produce a small range of high fever and achieve the effect of coagulation. After the operation, the cervical wound is cone-shaped, about 3-5mm deep. The average follow-up visit is 11 weeks after treatment, and the one-time cure rate is 79%. Pregnant women with cervical erosion are not suitable for microwave treatment.

5. Bohm lamp treatment: Bohm light therapy device is a new type of equipment for treating cervical erosion. It irradiates the eroded surface until it turns uniformly gray. Antibiotics are used for 10 days after the operation. Follow-up visit 1 to 2 months after the operation, the cure rate is 97%.

6. Infrared coagulation method: Use infrared to directly irradiate the erosion area, produce 3rd degree burns, part of the tissue coagulates, necrotizes, and falls off, forming non-inflammatory superficial ulcers, and the small granular tissue grows and eventually covers the neonatal squamous epithelium and heals. This method has few adverse reactions, less vaginal discharge after surgery, and the scab is thin and falls off quickly.
