When do symptoms of ectopic pregnancy appear? Ectopic pregnancy refers to the development of a fertilized egg implanted outside the uterine cavity, also known as "ectopic pregnancy". The cause of this disease is usually due to inflammation in or around the fallopian tube, which leads to unobstructed lumen and hinders the normal operation of the fertilized egg, so that it stays in the fallopian tube, implants and develops. There is not much difference between the early symptoms of ectopic pregnancy and normal pregnancy, but some people will have a small amount of vaginal bleeding, which needs to be determined by B-ultrasound examination, and the laboratory results are intrauterine or ectopic pregnancy. If the gestational sac is not seen in the ultrasound after 35 days of menopause, it may be an ectopic pregnancy. If HCG does not double well in the blood, it should be doubled every 48 hours. If it does not double, the gestational sac cannot be seen in the uterine cavity, or the blood HCG exceeds 2000mIU/ml, and the gestational sac is not seen during the negative ultrasound examination. In this case, the possibility of ectopic pregnancy is relatively large. Once the ectopic pregnancy ruptures, lower abdominal pain will occur. If the patient is anxious, there may be tear-like pain, and shock symptoms will soon appear. |
