Some people are used to eating a bowl of cereal with milk for breakfast in the morning, thinking that this is a very nutritious and weight-loss diet. NG 3: Eating too much can damage your skin:

High sugar levels can cause constant inflammation of the body and skin, worsening skin conditions and accelerating the aging process.

NG 4/Risk of diabetes:
