Cervical erosion is now a common gynecological disease among women, so it has attracted the attention of many women. So what are the symptoms of cervical erosion? 1. When physical examination reveals cervical erosion, the patient also has increased vaginal discharge, which is mucopurulent, vulvar itching, and even intermenstrual bleeding and bleeding after sexual intercourse. Further examination of cervical and vaginal discharge is required, as well as testing for chlamydia and gonorrhea. If diagnosed with vaginitis or acute cervicitis, corresponding inflammatory symptomatic medication is required. 2. When physical examination reveals cervical erosion, the patient may also have increased vaginal discharge, which is light yellow or purulent, bleeding after sexual intercourse, bleeding during menstruation, and occasional irritation of the secretions causing vulvar itching or discomfort. Gynecological examination may reveal erosion-like changes in the cervix, or yellow secretions covering the cervical opening or flowing out of the cervical opening, but no signs of vaginitis or acute cervicitis. For erosion-like changes accompanied by increased secretions, papillary hyperplasia or contact bleeding, local physical therapy can be given, including laser, freezing, microwave and other methods. Cervical cancer and cervical precancerous lesions must be screened out before treatment. 3. After cervical cytology and human papillomavirus (HpV) testing (if conditions permit), if abnormalities are found, further colposcopy and pathological biopsy should be performed for further diagnosis. If the pathological result is CIN1 (cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 1), CIN1 patients with satisfactory colposcopy, good compliance, and good follow-up conditions can be followed up, while the rest should receive treatment such as physical therapy, freezing, laser, etc. There is no doubt that pathological results of CIN2-3 and cervical cancer must be treated surgically. After suffering from cervical erosion, women's vagina will generally experience itching, and vaginal secretions will increase. The color of the secretions is generally light yellow. At this time, women must go to the hospital for a simple treatment. |
