Many women will have gynecological inflammation for various reasons. Gynecological inflammation is a general term that mainly refers to diseases of the female genital area, which includes a lot of diseases. For example, cervical erosion is a very common gynecological disease. This gynecological disease has a great impact on the female body. If it is not treated in time, it may be life-threatening. Taking medicine is a common method to deal with cervical erosion. Let's take a look at what medicines can cure cervical erosion. The so-called cervical erosion refers to the erosion-like changes of the cervix. It is currently believed that it is mostly caused by the migration of the columnar epithelium of the cervical canal. Generally, cervical cytology examination (i.e. cervical scraping or TCT examination) is performed to exclude cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, and regular follow-up examinations are sufficient. However, since the eroded cervix is very susceptible to infection and bleeding during intercourse occurs, physical therapy such as LEEp, microwave, and HIFU can be considered, and anti-inflammatory drugs can be used appropriately after surgery. It is recommended that you return for treatment 3-7 days after menstruation, and do not use vaginal medications after menstruation. The treatment plan should be decided based on the examination results. There are many drugs for the treatment of cervical erosion. The more commonly used ones are Shuangliao Houfengsan, Angelica Injection, Xileisan, Moist Burn Ointment, etc. However, patients should pay attention that once the medication is used, it will take a long time, so there will be some harm, so patients should carefully consider drug treatment. Shuangliao Houfengsan is used to treat cervical erosion by spraying. After the menstruation is over, disinfect it, wipe the cervical mucus with a cotton ball, and the operator sprays the medicine powder on the cervix with Shuangliao Houfengsan. For the application method, spray the medicine on a large cotton ball with a disinfected line as usual, with the medicine facing the cervical erosion, and apply the cotton ball on the cervix with the line hanging outside the vaginal opening. Remove the cotton ball by yourself after 24 hours, or squat and apply the medicine by yourself. Apply the medicine once every other day or every day. 7 times is a course of treatment, and 2 courses of treatment are required. When using Angelica injection to treat cervical erosion, take 1 bottle of Angelica injection, 1 bottle of placenta injection, and 1 bottle of dissolved chymotrypsin injection, mix them well and set aside. Expose the cervix, clean the area with Sanisol, extract 5 ml of the above mixture, and inject it into the submucosal layer of the cervical erosion to make it a milky white bulge. Inject once every 5 days after the menstruation is over, and 3 times is a course of treatment. At the same time, select the bilateral uterine acupoints for local disinfection and inject 3 to 5 ml of Angelica mixture into each acupoint, once every 5 days, and 3 times is a course of treatment. There are 2 to 3 courses of treatment. Tin powder is used to treat cervical erosion. It is disinfected locally with Sanisol cotton balls. Take a powder sprayer to evenly spray the product on the eroded surface. Use 250 mg each time, once a day, for 5 to 7 consecutive days. Or 3 days after the menstruation is over, after routine disinfection, flush the vagina with 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution, soak the cotton ball with thread in the potassium permanganate solution, dip it in tin powder, and apply it tightly to the cervical erosion, once a day. |
