If the bladder is compressed, urinary system symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, and increased nocturia will occur; if the rectum is compressed, constipation will occur, or there will be a urge to defecate but the stool cannot be passed; if the uterine fibroid grows to one side and compresses the sciatic nerve on one side, the patient's lower limbs will become numb and painful.

(3) Abdominal pain, increased vaginal discharge, etc. Some patients with uterine fibroids will experience abdominal pain. If the uterine fibroids undergo degeneration, abdominal pain will occur; if the uterine fibroids twist, abdominal pain symptoms will also occur. If the uterine fibroids are not large or numerous, it will manifest as increased vaginal discharge after menstruation.
