How to distinguish between menstruation and miscarriage? Distinguish from these two aspects

Women's menstruation will stop after they become pregnant, but pregnant women are more likely to experience vaginal bleeding in the early stages of pregnancy. If you don't know you are pregnant at this time, you may simply think that you have your period, which may affect the treatment of pregnancy preservation and affect yourself and the fetus, so you should distinguish them in time. So how do you distinguish between menstruation and miscarriage?

1. What is menstruation ? Menstruation is actually what is commonly known as menstruation. Women experience regular vaginal bleeding once a month, with a cycle of about 28 days and lasting for 3-4 days. Some women experience abdominal distension, back pain, and irritability before and during menstruation.
2. What is miscarriage ? If a woman's Qi and blood are weak after pregnancy, or she has symptoms of kidney deficiency, it may lead to threatened miscarriage. When miscarriage occurs, pregnant women will experience vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain. If the fetus is not treated in time, the pregnancy may be terminated.

3. How to distinguish between menstruation and miscarriage
1. Differences in vaginal bleeding
Although both menstruation and miscarriage can cause vaginal bleeding in women, there is a big difference between the two. The amount of vaginal bleeding during menstruation is relatively large. In the case of spontaneous abortion, the amount of vaginal bleeding is relatively small, and the blood color is brighter, and there will be some white or transparent embryonic tissue mixed in. Abnormalities can usually be observed with the naked eye.

2. Differences in gynecological examination results
If you cannot judge based on the difference in vaginal bleeding, you can go to the gynecological clinic to measure the HCG content in the blood, or directly do an abdominal B-ultrasound examination. You can also use early pregnancy test strips to test whether the urine shows a positive result, so that you can accurately determine whether it is a miscarriage or menstruation. If it is a miscarriage, you need to use progesterone injections as soon as possible to preserve the fetus. If the preservation of the fetus fails, you need to do a curettage to help terminate the pregnancy, and you must insist on regular follow-up after the operation.
