How to rule out ectopic pregnancy? See individual symptoms

The probability of ectopic pregnancy in recent years is very high, which will seriously endanger the lives of female friends. If it is not discovered early, it is very likely to take their lives. In order to rule out ectopic pregnancy, you should first look at the individual's symptoms, such as whether there will be irregular bleeding in the early stages of pregnancy. In addition, you can also choose hcg level test or B-ultrasound examination.

Ectopic pregnancy is relatively common, but it is very dangerous and can seriously endanger health and may even deprive women of their lives. Therefore, many women are particularly worried after becoming pregnant, wondering whether they will have an ectopic pregnancy. So how can they rule out ectopic pregnancy?
1. Check your personal symptoms
Abdominal pain is the most important symptom of ectopic pregnancy, with an incidence rate of up to 95%. This is because when the embryo grows, it will cause the fallopian tube to swell, rupture, and blood to irritate the peritoneum, usually tearing or paroxysmal pain, accompanied by nausea and vomiting. Ectopic pregnancy can cause acute bleeding in the abdominal cavity, resulting in decreased blood volume, severe pain, mild syncope, and severe shock. After the embryo dies, irregular vaginal bleeding symptoms will appear, mostly in the form of drips, and the color is dark black.
Patients with ectopic pregnancy may also have diarrhea, which can be easily mistaken for indigestion or intestinal disease if not carefully observed. If these symptoms occur in early pregnancy, you should be alert and go to a professional hospital for examination and treatment as soon as possible.
2. HCG level check
If you want to know whether it is an ectopic pregnancy, you can choose a professional examination method. Usually, doctors will recommend pregnant women to check the hCG level and check again the next day. If it doubles well, the possibility of ectopic pregnancy can basically be ruled out.
3. B-ultrasound examination
This is the most direct and effective method. Usually, 50 days after amenorrhea, you can go to the hospital for B-ultrasound to observe the development of the gestational sac in the uterus, and sometimes you can see the embryo bud and heart rate. However, because everyone's actual situation is different, some people may not be able to see it around 50 days, but in this case, there is no need to worry too much. It is better to wait for a week before testing, which can effectively rule out ectopic pregnancy as soon as possible. In fact, as long as you receive treatment in the early stage, most of them will not have serious complications, so I hope everyone will pay attention to it.
