How to treat cervical erosion, 5 methods of clinical treatment of cervical erosion

When we suffer from a disease, we need to take treatment measures so that there is hope of recovering health. With the advancement of medical technology, there are many treatment methods for us to choose from after suffering from diseases such as cervical erosion. Everyone can choose the appropriate treatment method according to their own situation. So how to treat cervical erosion?

How to treat cervical erosion
1. Drug treatment: Suitable for patients with small erosion area and shallow inflammatory infiltration. Antibiotics can be used for local application, such as metronidazole, sulfonamides, furazolidone, etc. Traditional Chinese medicine is widely used in the treatment of cervical erosion in clinical practice, and the effect is also good. Some prescriptions and formulas are often selected, processed into powder or suppository, placed on cotton balls, and applied to the eroded surface.
2. Physical therapy: It is a widely used treatment method with the advantages of short treatment course and good efficacy. It is suitable for patients with large erosion area and deep inflammatory infiltration. Commonly used methods include electric ironing, laser therapy, and cryotherapy.
3. Traditional surgical treatment: If the above treatments are ineffective, or if there is cervical hypertrophy, or the erosion is deep and wide, and involves the cervical canal, traditional surgical treatments such as total hysterectomy can be considered. However, surgical treatment is rarely used now.
4. High-frequency LEEP technique: The tissue specimen is intact and is not prone to the phenomenon of tissue stretching and carbonization that occurs during traditional electric knife cutting. This allows for the acquisition of intact tissue specimens that do not affect pathological examination.
5. BBT ablation: BBT ablation is a very delicate surgery for the treatment of cervical erosion. It not only does not damage the surrounding tissues, but also is painless during the treatment and leaves no scars after the operation. It can also better avoid complications such as bleeding or infection, and has the advantage of not affecting reproductive function after the operation.
The main causes of cervical erosion:
1. Premature sexual activity and too many sexual partners. Premarital sex is common among young people today. Premature sexual activity, frequent changes of sexual partners, and excessive sexual activity (more than 4 times a week) are causes of cervical erosion that cannot be ignored.
2. Unclean sexual life. Because premarital sex is mostly kept secret, and young people do not have a stable source of income, they cannot create a stable and clean sexual environment, so the chance of getting sick is greatly increased.
3. Multiple artificial abortions. Premarital sex leading to multiple artificial abortions, diagnostic curettage, cervical dilation and other gynecological surgeries may cause cervical injury or inflammation, and eventually lead to cervical erosion.
4. Excessive vaginal cleaning. There are many female cleaning products on the market. If you choose improperly, using a high concentration of disinfectant to flush the vagina will not only affect the growth of normal vaginal flora and reduce its ability to inhibit bacteria, but also cause varying degrees of cervical epithelial damage and eventually erosion.
