How to treat grade I cervical erosion? Doctors give 3 clinical treatment methods

Grade I cervical erosion is a mild condition and requires regular observation. If accompanied by symptoms such as increased leucorrhea, low back pain, vaginal bleeding, etc., oral antibiotics and anti-inflammatory suppositories can be used for treatment, or electrocautery can be used.

1. Regular observation
When cervical erosion is at degree I, the condition is mild, the erosion area does not exceed 1/3 of the cervical area, there may be no discomfort symptoms, or there may be only slight abnormal leucorrhea, vaginal bleeding, etc. If there are no obvious discomfort symptoms, you can temporarily not treat it, but pay attention to regular observation, and treat it in time when the condition worsens.
2. Drug treatment
If cervical erosion causes symptoms such as increased leucorrhea, low back pain, abdominal pain, irregular vaginal bleeding, etc., oral antibiotics can be taken to fight bacteria and inflammation; anti-inflammatory suppositories can be administered vaginally, and potassium permanganate solution can be used for sitz baths to relieve the condition.
3. Electrocautery for Grade I cervical erosion accompanied by low back pain, vaginal bleeding and other discomfort symptoms, electrocautery can also be used to burn the eroded surface tissue, causing it to fall off, form scabs, and grow new epithelial tissue to achieve the purpose of healing. However, women who want to have children should not choose this method of treatment.
