How to treat endometriosis infertility

Generally speaking, women with endometriosis may cause infertility, so if women have this disease, they must be treated in time, so that the body can benefit, and after good physical conditioning, they can get pregnant. I believe you also hope to have a healthy body to welcome a new life. So you must know how to treat it, or what medicine to take. Here is how to learn.

In recent years, some new drugs have emerged in the treatment of endometriosis, such as gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogs or gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists, such as Gogarin and Dapiga.

1. After the treatment with gohariline , the drug continues to act on the pituitary gland, such as binding to the GNRH receptors in the pituitary gland, continuing to occupy the GNRH receptors and migrating into the cells, lacking GNRH receptors in the cell membrane, and the rhythmic secretion of pituitary FSH and LH disappears, thereby inhibiting pituitary secretion. During follicular development and ovulation, the blood estrogen level is significant and reaches the menopausal level for a long time. It is used after the first stage of extrauterine endometrial atrophy.

Usage: Intraperitoneal subcutaneous injection 1-5 days after menstruation, once a month (3.75 mg x 6 months)

Adverse effects: Low estrogen can cause menopausal-like symptoms, osteoporosis can be caused by long-term (6 months) medication use, requiring low-dose estrogen - "post-pad therapy" or "post-pad therapy"

But the drug can cause weight gain and damage liver function.

2. Mifepristone

Mifepristone is an anti-progesterone drug that acts at the receptor level. It blocks the transport of ketones by binding to the pregnant body, thereby inhibiting ovarian function, causing amenorrhea and atrophy of the ectopic endometrium.

Usage: Take 25 mg once daily on the first day of the menstrual cycle for 6 months.

Therapeutic effect: Clinical observations show that the symptom relief rate of mifepristone combined with tanazole in the treatment of endometriosis is over 90%, with good efficacy.
