How to effectively prevent endometrial tuberculosis

How to effectively prevent endometrial tuberculosis

In recent years, many female friends have experienced endometrial tuberculosis, which has had a great impact on female friends. Endometrial tuberculosis is a common gynecological disease, mainly caused by the growth of endometrial tissue outside the uterine cavity. More and more patients have experienced endometrial tuberculosis. So, what are the ways to prevent endometrial tuberculosis?

1. Avoid unnecessary, repeated or overly rough gynecological bimanual examinations near the menstrual period to prevent the endometrium from squeezing into the fallopian tubes and causing abdominal implants.

2. Avoid performing gynecological surgery close to menstruation. If necessary, be gentle during the operation and avoid squeezing the uterus, otherwise the endometrium may be squeezed into the fallopian tube or abdominal cavity.

3. Correct excessive retroflexed uterus and cervical stenosis in time to ensure smooth drainage of menstrual blood and avoid congestion and backflow.

4. Strictly follow the operating procedures of the fallopian tube patency test (ventilation, fluid perfusion) and angiography. Do not perform them right after the menstruation ends or directly during the curettage cycle to avoid pressing endometrial fragments into the abdominal cavity through the fallopian tube.

5. During cesarean section and cesarean section evacuation, care should be taken to prevent the contents of the uterine cavity from overflowing into the abdominal cavity. When suturing the uterine incision, do not allow the suture to pass through the endometrial layer. Before suturing the abdominal wall incision, flush with saline to prevent endometrial implantation.

Endometrial tuberculosis seriously affects the work and life of female friends. If it is not examined and treated in time, it will lead to female infertility, dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation, pain during sexual intercourse, etc. Everyone must pay great attention to it and face and treat it with a positive and optimistic attitude.
