Exercise for pelvic peritonitis

The two most common symptoms of pelvic peritonitis are abdominal pain and fever. The fever can be as high as 38 degrees Celsius, and there may be chills before the fever. The abdominal pain is often manifested as severe pain on both sides of the lower abdomen, which is resistant to pressure, and sometimes one side of the lower abdomen hurts more than the other. So what are the exercises for pelvic peritonitis?

In addition, patients with pelvic peritonitis may also have symptoms such as increased leucorrhea, increased menstrual volume or prolonged menstruation, or irregular vaginal bleeding; a few patients have intestinal symptoms such as abdominal distension and diarrhea, or bladder irritation symptoms such as frequent urination and urgency. Gynecological examination shows: purulent secretions flowing out of the cervical opening, cervical pain when raised; pelvic tissues have edema and obvious tenderness. Laboratory examination: white blood cells and neutrophils are increased.

The following methods of pelvic exercise can help you prevent pelvic peritonitis:

1. Warm-up exercises

Sit down in a comfortable position and relax your limbs. Place your palms on both sides of your pelvis and press down. Use your right hand to touch your left hip to stretch your body to the maximum extent. Wrap your left hand around your waist and press the pelvic area on your back. Repeat 3 times.

2. Awakening the sense of touch

Close your eyes, focus your attention on your pelvis, and use both hands to gently press from the back, and try to touch your sensitive parts from behind with your hands.

3. Hip Press

Sit on a chair, place your hands on both sides of your pelvis, help your hips push down on the cushion, and squeeze the back of the chair with your back. Repeat 3 times, then move your hips to the left and right. If you feel the blood flow speed up, this is a sign that the body is receiving the signal.

4. Circular Motion

Stand up and do some more extensive movements. For example, bend your legs and move your knees in a circular motion. Then, move your hips in a circular motion in the same way, three times clockwise and three times counterclockwise.

The reason why sexual sensitivity drops is that women are ignorant of their own bodies and their own erogenous zones and sensitivity. Some women have never even spent a little time studying their own physiological structure, which has completely frozen their feelings. Understanding your own body and exploring the source of pleasure in your body will give you unexpected results.
