Several common examination methods for endometrial tuberculosis

Endometrial tuberculosis is a serious disease that troubles women's physical and mental health, and is one of the main reasons why women cannot get pregnant. Experts say that there are many ways to check for endometrial tuberculosis clinically. So, can you name one or two of them? Now, let's take a look at the methods for checking it.

1. Clinical Examination

Endometrial tuberculosis is a common gynecological disease, but the preoperative diagnosis rate is not high. Before the application of laparoscopy, the preoperative examination rate of Ingersoll buckle was about 75% for experienced gynecologists, while only 10% for inexperienced gynecologists. The reason for this is that the first is the over-reliance on so-called typical symptoms and signs, such as infertility, dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia, fixed posterior position of the uterus, pelvic adhesions, adnexal masses, etc.

2. B-type ultrasound examination

The B-ultrasound sonogram of endometrial cysts shows granular and fine echoes. If the cyst fluid is viscous and there are endometrial fragments floating inside, it is easy to be similar to the echo characteristics of hair in the fat of teratoma, that is, small and fine light bands can be seen in the fluid, distributed in parallel dotted lines.

3. Laparoscopy

The method of examining endometrial tuberculosis includes that the distance between the laparoscopic lens and the endometrial tuberculosis lesion can change the magnification of the actual object. 10mm away from the lesion, magnification 3 times; 15mm magnification 2 times; 50mm close to the original shape, that is, no magnification.

Therefore, the camera is close to the lesion during the examination, which can magnify and facilitate the discovery of small early lesions. Early cases without typical endometrial tuberculosis history, symptoms or signs can be diagnosed and staged mainly through laparoscopy.

Experts remind that if you feel that your physical condition is abnormal, you must go to the hospital for relevant examinations as soon as possible. Don't have an ostrich mentality. The disease cannot be delayed. Instead, it will become more difficult to treat over time. The above is a brief introduction to the examination methods for endometrial tuberculosis. I hope it will be helpful to you.
