Endometrial tuberculosis is divided into three degrees according to the condition. Next, Xiaojian will introduce it to you.

1. Mild

(1) Scattered lesions are implanted, the ovaries are tender, normal size or slightly larger, but there is no obvious endometrial cyst formation.

(2) Adhesions are mild or not obvious, and the uterus and ovaries are active.

2. Moderate

(1) There are multiple lesions on one or both sides of the ovary, the ovary is enlarged or small endometrial cysts are formed, but the cyst diameter does not exceed 3 cm.

(2) Adhesions between the fallopian tubes and ovaries.

(3) There are obvious scattered lesions and nodules, and tender nodules can be touched

3. Severe

(1) The ovarian endometrium is larger than 3 cm (unilateral or bilateral).

(2) Obvious pelvic adhesions.

(3) Uterine rectal pit is closed, with lamellar thickening and tender nodules
