2. Home treatment measures for amenorrhea:

Dairy products should be avoided in the diet: Yogurt, dairy products, sugar, and meat can easily cause skin fever, so dairy products should be avoided in the diet as much as possible.

3. You can eat more lettuce, kelp, salmon (including bones), sardines, etc., and you should eat small meals frequently: eating small meals frequently helps the body regulate body temperature.

4. Reduce caffeine and alcohol:

Beverages containing caffeine and alcohol will stimulate the secretion of certain hormones and induce fever in the skin.
