How to self-diagnose endometriosis

How to self-diagnose endometriosis

Many female infertility phenomena are caused by the occurrence of endometriosis. In many cases, endometriosis seriously affects the patient's body, and endometriosis also affects the patient's mental health. Therefore, patients must do a good job of their own endometriosis examination. Let's take a look at what are the items for diagnosing endometriosis?

1. X-ray examination:

A separate pelvic insufflation and contrast pelvic insufflation examination, or contrast and hysterosalpingography examination can be performed. Most of the endometrium in patients with endometriosis is in the internal reproductive organs, intestinal adhesions, adhesions and other symptoms. The most likely place for ectopic endometrium to be discovered is the rectum, so internal reproductive adhesions are prone to occur in the rectum and uterine cavity, thus becoming shallow in the pelvic cavity, especially during the insufflation examination.

2. Ultrasound

What are the items for diagnosing endometriosis? The echo particles of the sonogram of endometrial cysts are small, such as viscous cystic fluid, endometrial fragments, fat-containing hair, teratoma, and echo characteristics. The small bands are similar to the liquid, and the distribution is in a parallel dotted line shape. Sometimes it is seen that the internal division is divided into several cysts of different sizes, and the cystic echoes are inconsistent, often with uterine adhesions and unclear boundaries. Teratomas are generally cysts with clear boundaries. Ovarian endometriosis cysts are simple and confusing adnexitis masses with ultrasound of tubal pregnancy, and should be distinguished in combination with clinical characteristics. In addition, the application of vaginal probes, in the high-frequency near-field quality of sound, has a natural advantage in the differential diagnosis of pelvic masses, which can be determined by the nature and quality of the source, and the diagnosis can be confirmed by puncture and aspiration of cystic fluid or under ultrasound guidance.

3. Laparoscopy:

This is an effective method for diagnosing endometriosis. Microscopic examination shows the freshest, generally yellowish blisters in the implantation range, and flame-shaped bleeding with the strongest biological activity, and most coffee-pink blocks in the focus and deep implantation.

The above introduction to the diagnosis of endometriosis ends here. Patients with endometriosis must diagnose their own condition and recover from their endometriosis symptoms as soon as possible. In addition, patients with endometriosis must receive treatment as soon as possible to avoid the occurrence of infertility.
