Wang Jingfu, who became Ms. Lin's apprentice at the age of 18 and devoted herself to learning how to make body-shaping garments, and is now the creative director of Ladylin, said that in order to pass on her mother-in-law's body-shaping garment craftsmanship, she and her husband, Wu Yiguang, who is also the marketing representative of Ladylin, created their own brand last year. They named the brand after their mother-in-law, Ms. Lin's English name, LADYLIN, which adds a strong meaning of inheritance. It also fully demonstrated her gratitude and respect for her master, and especially the touching feeling of the "deep love between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law".

Ms. Lin made her fortune in Shuanglian District, Taipei City in her early years. In order to improve her skills, she learned how to sew handmade body shapers from a Japanese master. She has been doing this for 40 years and has only recently retired. Wang Jingfu, 34 years old this year, has been learning craftsmanship from Ms. Lin since his student days. Wang Jingfu recalled with a smile that when she was a business student, she went to visit her boyfriend Wu Yiguang's home one day and saw Ms. Lin sewing a body shaper.
