How to treat cervical warts

Many patients with cervical warts worry every day that their condition is difficult to cure. Is it really difficult to treat cervical warts? As the saying goes, "Nothing is difficult if you are determined." When facing the condition of cervical warts, patients must maintain a calm heart and a positive and optimistic attitude, cheer themselves up, and don't be scared by the little difficulty in front of them. Let's discuss whether the treatment of cervical warts is difficult!

There is currently no specific antiviral drug, and comprehensive treatment must be used for the treatment of cervical warts.

1. Surgical treatment: For single, small warts, surgical removal can be performed; for giant cervical warts, Mohs surgery can be used for removal. During the operation, frozen sections are used to check whether the lesions have been removed completely. This shows that cervical warts treated with surgery are not that difficult to cure. As long as the incubation period is relatively early, surgical treatment can be used.

2. Cryotherapy: Using liquid nitrogen at -196℃, the freezing method is used to treat cervical condyloma, which promotes the necrosis and shedding of wart tissue. This method is suitable for condyloma with a small number and small area. It can be treated 1-2 times with an interval of one week. This method requires that patients with early cervical condyloma should go to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible if they find any abnormality.

3. Laser treatment: Usually CO2 laser is used to treat cervical warts by cauterization. This treatment is most suitable for warts on the vulva, penis or perianal area. Single or a small number of multiple warts can be treated once, and multiple or large warts can be treated 2-3 times, with an interval of one week. Patients with cervical warts can go to the hospital regularly for check-ups after cooperating with the doctor to complete the laser treatment to see if their condition has improved, and they must also follow the doctor's instructions.

4. Electrocautery: Use high-frequency electric needle or electric knife to remove condyloma. Method: Local anesthesia, then electrocautery. This treatment is suitable for condyloma with small number and small area.

After the treatment of cervical condyloma, you should pay attention to rest, especially to mental relaxation, avoid excessive tension and fatigue; avoid overwork; pay attention to strengthening nutrition, eat more foods rich in protein and vitamins, eat less pork; refrain from smoking and drinking, and drink less strong tea and coffee. And during the treatment process, you must give yourself great confidence and do not have negative emotions. It is best for friends and relatives around you to enlighten the patient.
