It is often accompanied by bitter taste in the mouth, sticky mouth, thirst and dislike of drinking water, sticky stool, and yellow urine. The tongue is red and the coating is yellow and greasy, and the pulse is stringy and rapid. This is due to the descending of damp-heat in the liver and gallbladder, which flows through the meridians and into the genitals. The treatment should be to clear damp-heat, detoxify and eliminate warts. The prescription is as follows: Atractylodes 10g, Phellodendron chinense 10g, Raw Coix Seed 30g, Smilax glabra 30g, Cortex Moutan 10g, Tongcao 10g, Alisma orientalis 10g, and Purslane 30g.

2. External infection and toxicity

It is common for warts to grow rapidly, or be combined with syphilis, gonorrhea, and a clear history of unclean sexual intercourse. Subjective symptoms are often mild or absent, and the tongue and pulse may be normal. This is due to external infection of toxic evils, stagnation of toxic qi, so the warts grow rapidly.
