Cervical precancerous lesions are the most common malignant tumors of the female reproductive organs, which often occur between the ages of 20 and 60. The cause seems to be related to early marriage, early childbearing, multiple childbearing and chronic cervicitis. The occurrence of cervical precancerous lesions is closely related to estrogen. The treatment is mainly surgical resection, combined with preoperative or postoperative radiotherapy, supplemented by conservative treatment with traditional Chinese medicine. In recent years, studies have found that it is also related to malnutrition. (1) Vitamin malnutrition. Some people have observed that the blood beta-carotene level of patients with cervical precancerous lesions is lower than that of the control group. Low intake of beta-carotene is a risk factor for cervical precancerous lesions. In addition, vitamin C is also related to the incidence of cervical precancerous lesions. A survey in my country showed that when vitamin C intake increases, the risk of cervical precancerous lesions decreases. (2) Trace elements. It has been found that it is related to the trace elements copper, zinc, and selenium. A study by the Guizhou Cancer Prevention and Treatment Institute found that there are significant differences in cervical precancerous lesions and breast cancer. The plasma copper of current and long-term recurrence patients is significantly higher than that of non-recurrence survivors and normal people. The plasma copper of long-term recurrence patients is significantly higher than that of the non-recurrence group. The copper ratio is highest in long-term recurrence patients. Therefore, we should pay attention to supplementing vitamins in our daily diet, and pay proper attention to supplementing foods containing zinc and selenium. We should relax the patient's mental state, do a good job of psychological treatment, increase dietary nutrition, and improve the immune function. In this way, we can achieve better therapeutic effects. |
