The purpose of drug treatment is to shrink uterine fibroids and improve symptoms, but fibroids will grow again after stopping the drug, so it is mainly used for patients who are not suitable or unwilling to undergo surgery.

3. Surgical treatment: For patients with severe symptoms, large fibroids, and ineffective drug treatment, surgical treatment can be chosen. Surgical methods include abdominal surgery, hysteroscopic surgery, vaginal surgery, etc. The purpose of surgical treatment is to remove the fibroids or the entire uterus to achieve the purpose of treatment and symptom relief.
