In fact, the alcohol content of alcoholic beverages generally available on the market does not reach the medical disinfection concentration of 75%. In addition, it is unlikely that the time required for sterilization and disinfection can be achieved in the diet, so bacteria will multiply inside the raw meat.

For young people with normal immunity and no chronic gastrointestinal diseases, if the amount of bacteria ingested is not high, the body's immune system and gastrointestinal tract should be able to defend against and overcome the invading bacteria. Young people who often stay up late, do not get enough rest, are under great stress, have unbalanced nutrition, lack of exercise or have poor immunity may develop gastroenteritis if they ingest a large amount of pathogens because their body cannot resist.

In addition to teenagers, other groups with weak immunity, including infants, the elderly, people with diabetes, chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis, uremia, autoimmune diseases, immunocompromised patients, cancer, chronic heart and lung diseases, and long-term bedridden patients, need to be especially careful about eating diseases.

Unclean food and drink can cause gastroenteritis at the mildest level and sepsis or even death at the worst. Dr. Zeng Daxing recommends that people with poor immunity should cook their food and not eat leftovers. Fruits should be peeled or peeled, drinking water should be boiled and disinfected, and they should pay attention to whether food is expired to avoid ingesting germs.
