What to eat to treat ovulation bleeding

What to eat to treat ovulation bleeding? Nowadays, there are many people with ovulation bleeding symptoms. If you don't pay enough attention to ovulation bleeding, it may cause certain effects on women's bodies. Starting from today, let's start with diet and see what to eat for ovulation bleeding.

1. Clinical manifestations of ovulation bleeding

Ovulation bleeding, also known as mid-menstrual bleeding, refers to a small amount of bleeding between two normal menstrual periods, which may be accompanied by varying degrees of lower abdominal pain. The clinical manifestations are as follows:

Uterine bleeding. During the menstrual cycle with ovulation, uterine bleeding occurs during the ovulation period. The amount of bleeding is small, and sometimes only brown discharge. It usually stops on its own in 23 days, and the longest is 7 days.

Abdominal pain. Periodic pain between menstruation, which can be mild or severe, usually lasts for several hours, but in some patients it can last for 23 days.

Infertility. It may be caused by stopping sexual intercourse due to bleeding during ovulation, thus missing the chance of conception. Note: Generally, there are no obvious positive signs. The diagnosis can be confirmed by diagnostic curettage, basal body temperature measurement (basal body temperature is biphasic, and bleeding occurs when low and high temperatures change), and laparoscopy. If the symptoms are mild, no treatment is required. If the bleeding is heavy or affects fertility, medication can be used for treatment.
