How to treat severe cervical erosion? Several methods to treat severe cervical erosion

Cervical erosion is a disease that our female friends are most reluctant to accept. This disease will greatly reduce the quality of our sex life and threaten our own physical health. We must not be careless about treatment and increase the difficulty of treatment. Maybe many of us do not have a clear understanding of the methods of treating severe cervical erosion. Let us take a look at the methods of treating severe cervical erosion.

1 Steps of surgical treatment of cervical erosion

The treatment time is 3 to 5 days after the menstruation is over. For mild cervicitis, 20W can be used. For severe cervicitis, 25W can be used first, and then adjusted to 20W for further treatment. Adjust the output power to the range of 20 to 25W.

The patient was placed on the operating table in the lithotomy position, and the vulva and vagina were routinely disinfected with iodine. After a vaginal speculum was placed to expose the cervix, the vagina and cervix were disinfected again with iodine. The cervix was routinely disinfected with 2% iodine and 75% alcohol, respectively.

Tilt the sterilized BBT-MG1 self-coagulating knife head to contact the cervical erosion surface, turn on the treatment switch on the handle, and the treatment begins when you hear the rhythmic beeping of the treatment device.

In the order of up, down, left, and right, the treatment is performed under direct vision. After the local cervical tissue turns white, slowly move the self-coagulation knife until the erosion surface is completely coagulated to light yellow. If it is grade III cervical erosion, use 20W to coagulate the surface again.

If there is punctate bleeding, the self-coagulating knife can be left on the site for more than a few seconds to stop the bleeding. Some necrotic tissue can be seen during the operation. After the operation, the surface necrotic tissue is removed and the surface is disinfected with iodine. If necessary, the wound surface can be sprinkled with wound healing powder or other disinfectant powder; if there is recent bleeding or long-term scab bleeding, it can be coagulated again.

2. First of all, you should pay attention to your own hygiene. You must change your underwear every day and wash your genitals every day with clean water or salt water.

If you are married and have a husband, you should be careful to wash it thoroughly before doing it, otherwise it is easy to bring bacteria in. In daily life, you should eat less spicy and irritating food. It is best not to eat irritating food. Try to eat less and don't smoke or drink.

Keep yourself in a good mood every day. This will help you. Take a bottle of "Qing Fei Shu Li" and apply it to the affected area after taking a shower every night to improve the condition.
