Cervical precancerous lesions

Cervical precancerous lesions refer to lesions that occur in the area before cancer occurs and thus cause cancer. Cervical precancerous lesions are atypical cervical hyperplasia. The occurrence and development of cervical cancer has a gradual evolution process, which can take from several years to decades. It is generally believed that this evolution process goes through the following stages: hyperplasia, atypical hyperplasia, carcinoma in situ, early invasion, and invasive cancer. Diet therapy is very critical for the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions.

[Dietary treatment for cervical precancerous lesions]

1. Astragalus 12g, Angelica 15g, Codonopsis pilosula 9g, Atractylodes macrocephala 9g, Asparagus cochinchinensis 9g, Poria 9g, Chinese yam 9g, White peony root 6g, Chuanxiong 6g, Licorice root 5g. Decoction in water, one dose per day. Indications: Cervical cancer with insufficient Qi.

2. 30g of Smilax glabra, 30g of dandelion, 25g of Poria, 25g of Artemisia capillaris, 15g of Atractylodes macrocephala, 9g of Angelica sinensis, 9g of White Peony Root, 4.5g of Bupleurum chinense, 9g of Alisma orientalis. Decoction, one dose per day. 60g of Sophora flavescens, 30g of Cnidium monnieri, 30g of Chrysanthemum indicum, 30g of Lonicera japonica, 15g of Angelica dahurica, 15g of Acorus calamus. Add appropriate amount of water to decoct, remove the residue and soak the vagina and cervix.

3. Raw Arisaema 30g (pre-boil for 2 hours), Poria 24g, Scutellaria barbata 30g, Hedyotis diffusa 30g, Fructus 12g, Atractylodes macrocephala 24g, Curcuma 15g, Angelica 12g, Cyperus rotundus 12g, Cortex Moutan 12g, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae 12g. Decoction in water, one dose per day.

4. Ligustrum lucidum 30g, Scutellaria barbata 30g, Viscum album 30g, Dioscorea opposita 30g, Hedyotis diffusa 30g, Seven-leafed lily 24g, Radix Rehmanniae 20g, Curcuma 15g, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae 12g, Cortex Phellodendri 12g. Decoction in water, one dose per day. For advanced cervical cancer.

5. 50g of Hedyotis diffusa, 50g of Imperata root, and 50g of brown sugar. Decoction in water, one dose per day, for 7-14 doses. It is mainly used to treat proctitis after radiotherapy for cervical cancer.

6. 6g of safflower, 6g of alum, 30g of osmanthus. Decoction, first fumigate, then wash the vulva, once or twice a day, 30-60 minutes each time, heat it up before use next time, each dose can be used for three to four days. It is mainly used to treat early cervical cancer.

7. 10g of whole scorpion, 10g of beehive, 10g of snake skin. Soak the whole scorpion in cold water for 24 hours (change the water 2-3 times), take it out and dry it, then roast it on low heat until it turns yellow, and stir-fry the beehive and snake skin separately. Grind them into powder, make them into pills with water, and take 2g each time, twice a day.

8. 30g of mistletoe, 15g of polygonatum, 15g of pseudoginseng, 15g of radix dipsaci, 12g of coix seed, 9g of atractylodes, 9g of cibotium barometz, 9g of tangerine peel, 3g of cimicifuga. Decoction in water, one dose per day. It is mainly used for those with obvious cervical qi sinking.

9. 30g of Hedyotis diffusa, 15g of Banzhigong, 15g of Huaishan, 15g of Caoheche, 12g of Shengdi, 9g of Anemarrhena, 9g of Alisma, 15g of Eclipta prostrata, 9g of Scrophularia, 4.5g of Phellodendron. Decoction in water, one dose per day.

10. 6g of Bupleurum, 6g of Angelica, 6g of Chuanxiong, 6g of White Peony, 6g of Rehmannia glutinosa, 6g of Toona sinensis, and 6g of Ginkgo. Decoction in water, one dose per day. Indications: Advanced cervical cancer.

11. 3g of kelp, 3g of seaweed, 5g of cyperus, 5g of atractylodes, 5g of poria, 6g of angelica, 10g of white peony root, 3g of bupleurum, 3g of scorpion, 2 centipedes. Decoction in water, three doses per week. Indications: Early cervical cancer.

12. Scutellaria barbata 30g, Dioscorea bulbifera 15g, Sophora flavescens 15g, Hedyotis diffusa 30g, Walnut branch 30g, Solanum nigrum 15g, Astragalus 30g, Epimedium 30g, and Herba schizonepetae 30g. Decoction in water, one dose per day. Indications: mid-stage cervical cancer.
