Causes of ovulation bleeding

Causes of ovulation bleeding

What are the causes of ovulation bleeding? Generally speaking, women ovulate with very little bleeding, which is almost invisible to the naked eye. However, some girls have obvious bleeding symptoms. Why do women ovulate with bleeding? Now let's take a look at the four major factors of women's ovulation bleeding.

1. Decreased secretion of female hormones

During ovulation, the estrogen level of women will drop significantly, which cannot support the normal growth of the endometrium, so a small amount of bleeding is likely to occur. It is normal for women to have a small amount of bleeding during ovulation. Generally speaking, it is almost difficult to detect with the naked eye. This is a normal metabolic phenomenon of the human body and there is no need to worry too much. If obvious bleeding is found, you need to consult a professional doctor.

2. Insufficient luteal function

If the secretion of progesterone is disturbed, it will lead to a deficiency of estrogen and progesterone. At this time, the endometrium cannot be renewed normally, or the endometrium is prone to adverse reactions, which can lead to symptoms of small amounts of bleeding a few days before the menstrual period. This phenomenon will continue until the official onset of menstruation.

3. Incomplete atrophy of the corpus luteum

If the corpus luteum shrinks, estrogen and progesterone will not drop quickly, and the endometrium will not shed regularly, which will lead to bleeding. The endometrium will be obviously congested during ovulation, and the bleeding will not stop on its own. It will flow back into the uterine cavity with the peristalsis of the fallopian tube and be discharged from the body.

4. Delayed endometrial repair

When one physiological cycle is completed, the follicles have not yet fully grown and developed before the next cycle arrives. Due to insufficient estrogen secretion, the endometrium cannot be fully regenerated in time, resulting in delayed menstruation until ovulation. Sex hormone secretion disorders in the body can also cause large fluctuations in hormone levels during ovulation, resulting in obvious bleeding. Many of the symptoms of bleeding during ovulation in women are caused by a combination of physical factors. Female compatriots should always pay attention to this. Long-term persistence of this symptom can easily lead to infertility.
