5 ways to effectively prevent adnexitis

Adnexitis is a common gynecological disease. It is caused by postpartum or post-abortion infection, premature or frequent sexual intercourse, or sexual intercourse during menstruation. Its harm is that adnexitis can cause fallopian tube atresia, leading to infertility, and inducing inflammation and other complications.

Adnexitis can be divided into acute and chronic. Acute adnexitis is clinically characterized by obvious abdominal pain, prolapse, increased vaginal discharge, and possibly elevated body temperature or elevated blood test items. Chronic adnexitis is often characterized by dull abdominal pain on one side with no systemic symptoms.

The following methods can prevent adnexitis:

① Pay attention to hygiene during menstruation, after childbirth, and after miscarriage, and try to avoid sexual intercourse. Stop sexual intercourse immediately if there is vaginal bleeding.

② When undergoing abortion, IUD insertion, other intrauterine surgery, or childbirth, you should go to a regular hospital to avoid infection due to lax disinfection.

③ Pay attention to bed rest, and adopt a semi-recumbent position to help localize the lesion.

④The diet should mainly consist of nutritious, easily digestible and vitamin-rich foods.

⑤Adhere to the treatment principles to prevent the disease from prolonging, recurring, and eventually turning into a chronic disease.
