What are the main manifestations of various uterine amenorrhea patients?

Imperforate hymen

The patient may initially feel lower abdominal distension and pain, which progressively worsens. The hematoma compresses the urethra and rectum, which may cause difficulty in urination and defecation, spasmodic pain above the pubic bone, anal distension, frequent urination, urgency, pain when urinating, and even drip-like urination. When menstrual blood flows back into the pelvic cavity, it can stimulate the peritoneum and produce severe abdominal pain. A few patients may have mild muscle tension and rebound pain.

Congenital absence of vagina

The patient experienced periodic lower abdominal pain, difficulty in sexual intercourse or infertility after marriage, normal development of breasts, secondary sexual characteristics and external genitalia, and normal ovarian function; basal body temperature was biphasic, and blood reproductive hormone measurements showed cyclical changes in women of childbearing age.

Complete transverse vaginal septum

Patients with complete transverse septum have primary amenorrhea and periodic lower abdominal pain due to menstrual blood discharge disorder. Gynecological examination combined with puncture of the posterior septum is an effective method for identification.

Vaginal atresia

The patient presented with primary amenorrhea, periodic lower abdominal pain, etc. Gynecological examination showed that the vulva was hypoplastic, the hymen had no holes, but the surface color was normal, and there was no outward bulging sign. During rectal examination, a vaginal cystic mass protruding toward the rectum was found about 3 cm above the vulva, and the mass had great tension during abdominal pain.
