Subendometrial fibroids symptoms

Subendometrial fibroids symptoms:

Uterine fibroids are a disease that most women in today's society are prone to. The cause of uterine fibroids is still unclear, and may involve a complex interaction between normal myometrial cell mutations, sex hormones, and local growth factors. Most patients are asymptomatic and are only discovered during pelvic examination or ultrasound examination.

Common clinical symptoms include:

1. Uterine bleeding: It is the main symptom of uterine fibroids and occurs in more than half of the patients. Among them, periodic bleeding is more common, which can be manifested as increased menstruation, prolonged menstruation or shortened cycle.

2 Abdominal mass and compression symptoms: Myomas grow gradually. When the uterus is enlarged for more than 3 months, the size of the gestational uterus or a large subserosal myoma located at the bottom of the uterus, a mass often appears in the abdomen, which is more obvious in the morning when the bladder is full. The mass is solid, movable, and has no tenderness.

3 Pain: Under normal circumstances, uterine fibroids do not cause pain, but many people experience lower abdominal bloating and back pain.

4 Increased leucorrhea: Increased uterine cavity, increased endometrial glands, and pelvic congestion can cause increased leucorrhea.

5 Infertility and miscarriage: Some uterine fibroids can cause infertility or miscarriage. The impact on pregnancy and pregnancy outcomes may be related to the growth location, size and number of the fibroids.

6 Anemia: Long-term menorrhagia or irregular vaginal bleeding may cause hemorrhagic anemia, and submucosal fibroids are more common.
