Treatment of incomplete abortion

Because the endocrine levels of various systems in pregnant women are different from those of ordinary women, forced termination of pregnancy will cause great harm to the body. Among them, incomplete abortion is a common complication after surgery. The treatment methods include the following:

1. Western medicine treatment

For patients with little bleeding, antibiotics can be used first (for about 2 to 3 days) and then Chinese medicine can be taken; for those with heavy bleeding, the uterus should be cleaned out immediately and antibiotics and uterotonics should be used after the operation; for patients with incomplete abortion accompanied by heavy bleeding and hemorrhagic shock, the shock should be rescued first, and then the uterus should be cleaned out after the condition improves; for patients with incomplete abortion accompanied by acute infection, large pieces of placental tissue should be gently clamped out first, and then curettage should be performed after the infection is controlled.
