Angelica and Safflower Lean Meat Soup

Ingredients: 250g lean pork, 12g angelica, 10g safflower, 4 red dates.

Preparation: Wash the lean pork and slice it; wash the angelica, safflower and red dates, put all the ingredients into a pot, add appropriate amount of water, simmer for 2 hours, season and then serve.

Efficacy: Angelica, safflower and lean meat soup has the effects of nourishing blood, activating blood circulation, regulating menstruation and relieving pain.
