TCM mediation of two types of functional uterine bleeding

Functional uterine bleeding is called "menorrhea" in traditional Chinese medicine, which means that women have irregular menstrual periods, no fixed cycle, no fixed bleeding days, and the amount of bleeding is seriously abnormal. "Mei" and "leakage" have the same cause and have a certain cause-and-effect relationship. They can evolve from each other or appear alternately. It is also called "deficiency blood tuberculosis" in folk.

The first type, if the bleeding is irregular, the amount suddenly increases or decreases, but the bleeding is continuous, the blood is dark red, dizziness, tinnitus, irritability, hot flashes, insomnia, red and yellow urine, and dry stools, you should take the heat-clearing, blood-cooling, blood-stasis-removing and bleeding-stopping prescription: 15 grams of cuttlefish bone, 15 grams of madder carbon, 15 grams of sanguisorba officinalis carbon, 15 grams of oriental arborvitae carbon, 10 grams of pollen carbon (wrapped and decocted), 30 grams of sophora horn carbon, 30 grams of palm carbon, 30 grams of purslane, 5 grams of raw licorice, decocted in water, 1 dose per day. If the amount of bleeding is large, you can start with 2 doses per day. If you have qi deficiency, add 12 grams of codonopsis and 12 grams of astragalus, if you have blood heat, add 20 grams of raw rehmannia carbon, and if there is blood stasis, add 20 grams of calcined flower core stone.

The second type, if the Chong Ren is not solid, there is a lot of vaginal bleeding, and the momentum is fierce; or the leakage is continuous and the medicine is ineffective, first treat the bleeding with astringent, and then find the root cause through dialectical analysis. 30 grams of red ochre, 30 grams of polished rice, 9 grams of dried ginger, use 700 ml of water, cook until half cooked, remove the residue, take 150 ml each time, add 5 grams of red ochre powder when taking, 3 times a day. If the disease is cured, stop taking it.
