Endometrial tuberculosis is a disease that is difficult to treat. We need to pay attention to this disease. Endometrial tuberculosis is also very harmful to us. We need to treat endometrial tuberculosis well. In order to correctly avoid the occurrence of endometrial tuberculosis, we need to pay attention to its symptoms. So, what are the symptoms of endometrial tuberculosis? Endometrial tuberculosis is often secondary to pulmonary tuberculosis, renal tuberculosis, gastrointestinal tuberculosis, bone or joint tuberculosis, etc., and occasionally it can be part of systemic miliary tuberculosis. Infectious diseases of the female reproductive organs caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis often first invade the fallopian tubes, then gradually invade the endometrium and ovaries, and rarely involve the cervix, vagina, and vulva. Tuberculosis is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which seriously endangers people's health. Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, the Chinese government has attached great importance to the prevention and control of tuberculosis, which has been well controlled. However, since the mid-1980s, due to factors such as HIV infection, multidrug-resistant tuberculosis and immigration, the global tuberculosis epidemic has rebounded, with about 10 million new tuberculosis patients and about 3 million deaths from tuberculosis each year. The fourth tuberculosis epidemiological sampling survey in my country in 2000 showed that there were 4.6 million active pulmonary tuberculosis patients nationwide, indicating that the epidemic of tuberculosis in my country is still quite serious and tuberculosis prevention and control is facing new challenges. As the number of pulmonary tuberculosis patients increases, the number of female genital tuberculosis patients has also increased accordingly. Clinical manifestations 1. Irregular menstruation Due to the influence of tuberculosis, the endometrium may become congested or form ulcers in the early stage, resulting in menorrhagia; in the late stage, the endometrium is damaged, affecting its function, causing infrequent menstruation or even amenorrhea. 2. Infertility Because tuberculosis of the endometrium destroys the environment for the implantation and development of the fertilized egg, or tuberculosis of the fallopian tubes blocks the fallopian tubes and causes infertility, many patients come to the hospital for examination because of infertility, and are finally diagnosed with endometrial tuberculosis. 3. Lower abdominal pain It is mostly caused by combined pelvic tuberculosis, which leads to pelvic congestion, adhesion or abscess formation, resulting in lower abdominal pain. 4. Systemic symptoms In severe cases, systemic symptoms such as fatigue, night sweats, low fever, weight loss and loss of appetite may occur. Warm reminder: everyone needs to pay attention to the above symptoms. People should not ignore the causes of endometrial tuberculosis in their lives, and also pay attention to some hazards. Patients will also experience infertility after suffering from this disease. In life, patients must pay attention to the causes of uterine diseases. |
