TCM diagnosis and treatment of anovulatory functional uterine bleeding

Menstruation, as a normal physiological phenomenon of women, manifests differently due to the influence of various factors inside and outside the body. Women ovulate once a month. If uterine bleeding occurs during the non-ovulation period, it is anovulatory functional uterine bleeding. Anovulatory functional uterine bleeding is a common type of functional uterine bleeding, accounting for about 90% of functional uterine bleeding. Anovulatory functional uterine bleeding is more common in adolescence and menopause.

Traditional Chinese medicine has the following three types of syndrome differentiation and treatment for anovulatory functional uterine bleeding, and the focus is on regulating liver and kidney functions.

1. Symptoms: Bleeding has stopped after treatment, but the patient still has dizziness, tinnitus, hot hands and feet, sore waist and knees, dry mouth and throat, red tongue with little coating, and thin and rapid pulse.

Conditioning: If the liver and kidneys are out of balance, you should nourish the liver and kidneys, nourish the blood and regulate menstruation.

Chinese patent medicine: Rongkun Pills.

2. Symptoms: Clear vaginal bleeding, soreness and coldness in the waist and spine, cold limbs, poor appetite and loose stools, watery vaginal discharge, clear and long urination, frequent urination at night, dark complexion, pale tongue with teeth marks on the edges, white fur, deep, thin and weak pulse

Conditioning: In case of spleen and kidney yang deficiency, one should warm the kidney and strengthen the spleen, nourish the blood and regulate menstruation.

Chinese patent medicine: Ginseng, Cinnamon and Deer Antler Pills.

3. Symptoms: Vaginal bleeding has stopped, fatigue and shortness of breath, weakness and drowsiness, dizziness, palpitations and dreams, sallow complexion, pale tongue, thin white fur, and weak pulse.

Conditioning: If Qi and blood are weak, you should replenish Qi, nourish blood, and regulate menstruation.

Chinese patent medicine: Fuke Yangrong Pills.
