Introduction to several common symptoms of cervical hypertrophy

Many female friends neglect their own health due to busy work, which results in the high incidence of many gynecological diseases, one of which is cervical hypertrophy. What are the common symptoms of cervical hypertrophy ? Here are some common symptoms of cervical hypertrophy.

Common symptoms of cervical hypertrophy include:

1. Lower abdominal pain

In mild cases, there may be no systemic symptoms. When the inflammation spreads along the uterosacral ligament to the pelvic cavity, symptoms of cervical hypertrophy may include lumbar pain, lower abdominal distension, and dysmenorrhea, which worsen after bowel movements and sexual intercourse.

2. Irregular menstruation

Excessive menstrual flow and prolonged duration; symptoms of cervical hypertrophy may also manifest as a cycle shortened to about 20 days, with no significant change in menstrual flow and duration; or a prolonged menstrual period but little menstrual flow.

3. Cause infertility

Thick and purulent leucorrhea is not conducive to the passage of sperm, and symptoms of cervical hypertrophy can also cause infertility.

4. Increased leucorrhea

The leucorrhea is purulent, and the symptoms of cervical hypertrophy are accompanied by pain in the lower abdomen and lumbosacral region, or bladder irritation symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, and pain during urination. Chronic cervicitis causes leucorrhea to be milky white and mucous, or light yellow and purulent.

5. Bleeding during sexual intercourse

When there is severe cervical erosion or cervical polyps, symptoms of cervical hypertrophy may include bloody leucorrhea or bleeding after sexual intercourse.

The above is an introduction to the common symptoms of cervical hypertrophy. I hope it will be helpful to everyone. Once the symptoms of cervical hypertrophy appear, you must go to the hospital for treatment in time to avoid delaying the disease.
