15g ginger, 10 jujubes, and appropriate amount of brown sugar. Decoction in water and drink as tea. Suitable for those with cold stagnation in Chong and Ren meridians and sudden cessation of menstruation.

30g of angelica, 20g of ginger, 3g each of cinnamon and fennel, 200g of mutton, stew until cooked and eat the meat and drink the soup. Suitable for those with cold stagnation in Chong and Ren meridians and sudden cessation of menstruation.

10g each of Bupleurum, Curcuma, and Green Tangerine Peel. Add appropriate amount of brown sugar after decoction and drink as tea. Suitable for those with liver depression and qi stagnation and sudden menstruation.
