What are the tests for abnormal leucorrhea? If you want to know whether your leucorrhea is abnormal, you need to judge it from the aspects of color, smell, quantity, appearance, etc. Normal leucorrhea is generally colorless, transparent or milky white. If leucorrhea is abnormal, you should go to the hospital for examination as soon as possible, and then treat the symptoms after the cause is determined. 1. Clue cells. Clue cells refer to the many bacteria on the edge of the vaginal epithelial cells in patients with bacterial vaginosis. The granules or blurred dots on the edge of the vaginal epithelial cells seen in the suspension smear are clue cells. They are the most sensitive and special signs of bacterial vaginosis. Clinicians can diagnose bacterial vaginosis based on a positive amine test and clue cells. 2. Fungus and Trichomonas After the leucorrhea is processed, it can be found under a microscope whether there are trichomonas or fungi according to its morphology. If there are trichomonas or fungi, no matter how many there are, they can be used. "To indicate," "This symbol only indicates that a woman is infected with trichomonas or fungi, and does not indicate the severity of her infection. 3. Abnormal examination items for female leucorrhea: Generally speaking, the clearest thing is to check the cleanliness of leucorrhea: under the normal range, the white blood cells do not exceed a certain number, and the trichomonas and mold do not exceed a certain number. The cleanliness of leucorrhea secretion is one degree, and the second degree is a little more than the first degree. The white blood cells and epithelial cells are a little more. These cells are seen a little more under the microscope. This is called the second degree. Of course, the cleanliness of the first and second degrees is within the normal range, and no treatment or treatment is required. It is normal. Generally, the cleanliness above the third degree is not clean, the white blood cells are more, and the leucorrhea is more turbid, and further inspection is required. 4. Check through laboratory instruments, including microscopes. Just as I mentioned, look for hyphae or Trichomonas, check whether there are white blood cells, whether they are increased, whether there are actinomycetes, whether there is inflammation, and you can also measure the vaginal pH value, because the vaginal pH value is generally 3.8-4.4, which is acidic. |
