How to check for vaginitis?

Vaginitis requires examination of the following items:

1. Gynecological examination: Through routine gynecological examination, the possibility of disease is preliminarily screened, and secretion specimens are taken for necessary examinations.

2. Vaginal secretion examination: Check the cleanliness of the vagina and whether there is infection with fungi, Trichomonas bacteria, clue cells, and pus cells.

3. Vaginal secretion culture: Checks which pathogen is infected and provides the doctor with accurate diagnosis information.

4. Drug sensitivity test: Detecting which drugs the pathogen is sensitive to can improve the treatment effect in a targeted manner. The vagina of a healthy woman has a natural defense against the invasion of pathogens. However, when the natural defense function of the vagina is destroyed, pathogens can easily invade, leading to vaginitis.

Precautions:

The most important thing is to keep the genitals clean and dry, maintain good personal hygiene, and insist on cleaning the genitals every day, but avoid using alkaline soap to wash. Wear loose and comfortable pure cotton underwear, and people who already have vaginitis should also avoid wearing non-breathable underwear. If the odor from the genitals is strong, use medicated pads for treating vaginitis, but they need to be changed frequently. Do not share bath towels with anyone anywhere. Bath towels and underwear should be washed frequently and need to be hand washed and dried in the sun after washing.

Note:

1. Keep the vulva clean during treatment and avoid sexual intercourse. Take a shower every day, change your underwear every day, and use a squat toilet.

2. At the same time, targeted treatment can be given to the husband.

3. When the genitals are itchy, please do not scrape them hard or rinse them with hot water to avoid burns. You can use Cleanser to clean the genitals every night. Do not eat spicy food to avoid dampness and heat. Do not smoke or drink.

4. Eat less bland food and more fresh fruits and vegetables. Eat millet porridge, buckwheat porridge, mung bean soup and glutinous rice porridge regularly.
