In order to encourage the public to resume healthy and happy exercise after the New Year, the Zhongzheng District Health Service Center in Taipei City cooperated with traditional Chinese medicine practitioners to shoot an online course video "Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Teach You Healthy Exercise" and uploaded it to the official YouTube channel, allowing the public to easily learn Ba Duan Jin and use it flexibly without being restricted by time and venue.

The Taipei City Zhongzheng District Health Service Center invited Dr. Lin Shungu, a Chinese medicine doctor from the Ren'ai Branch of Taipei City United Hospital, to jointly produce the online course video "Chinese Medicine Doctors Teach You Healthy Movement", which allows you to break free from the constraints of time and space and follow the video anytime and anywhere to achieve the purpose of exercise, muscle strength training and health promotion.

Ba Duan Jin is a beneficial Chinese medicine health-preserving exercise

Ba Duan Jin is a simple training method with a long history. It is also the most commonly practiced TCM health-preserving exercise by Taiwanese people. Dr. Lin, who has many years of practice experience, feels that Ba Duan Jin is very helpful in relieving muscle stiffness caused by sitting or standing for long periods of time, as well as the tension caused by high-pressure work. Many studies have confirmed that continuous practice is very effective in improving the brain's cognitive function and physical activity. The space required to practice Ba Duan Jin is very small, so it is suitable for people of all ages. Even the elderly with mild mobility problems or dementia patients with cognitive impairment can try sitting Ba Duan Jin or simplified moves to improve body circulation.
