Eat the right fruits to lose weight! Golden time is in the morning

Fruits are foods with the highest water content. All fruits contain eighty to ninety percent water, which is enough to cleanse the human body and nourish life. In addition, all the vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, amino acids and fatty acids necessary for the human body can be found in fruits. The vitality contained in fruits cannot be surpassed by any other food. As long as the fruits are consumed correctly, the benefits are incomparable. The properties of fruit provide the body with an opportunity to eliminate residues from the body. As long as the body is kept clean, all aspects of your life will be improved and your body will be able to function at optimal efficiency.

When it comes to weight loss, eating the right amount of fruit is not only helpful, but the results can be seen quickly. In October 1983, Yale University professor Judith. Judith Rodin presented interesting data to the International Obesity Conference in New York. Her study on the benefits of fructose stated, “What you eat at one meal affects what you eat at the next meal.” The Borgen Chronicle reported that Ms. Rodin had her subjects drink water with different sugars added to it. “Those who drank the fructose water ate significantly less food than those who drank the water or the sucrose water.” She and her colleagues noted, “Subjects who drank the fructose consumed an average of 479 fewer calories than those who drank the sucrose.”

Super Energy Food

An essential element for a healthy life is energy. We already know that digestion consumes more energy than any other physiological activity. This is why fruit plays such a necessary and significant role. The energy required to digest fruit is much lower than that of any other food. In fact, it takes almost no energy to digest fruit.

Here's why: The food the human body eats is eventually broken down and converted into glucose, fructose, glycerol, amino acids, and fatty acids. What the brain needs to function is glucose (sugar). Other nutrients cannot be used by the brain. Fruit exists in the body in the form of glucose. The digestion, absorption and assimilation of fruit only consumes a little energy, while other foods take one and a half to four hours to digest in the stomach (provided they are properly matched). The smaller the proportion of concentrated food, the better the food blends together and the shorter the time it stays in the stomach; the more concentrated food, or the less food blends together, the longer it stays in the stomach.

Fruit contains a lot of water and only consumes a little energy when digested, so it plays a very important role in the body's detoxification process. As long as you can consume the fruit correctly, the fruit can provide you with a lot of energy needed for weight loss and other activities, but the premise is to consume the fruit correctly. What is the correct way to consume fruits? In fact, it is very simple. Since fruits will not stay in the stomach for a long time, they should not be eaten with or immediately after other foods. Fruits must be eaten on an empty stomach. This is undoubtedly the most important point of a diet that will not make you fat.

The right time to eat fruit

Another important consideration is how long you should wait after eating other foods before eating fruit. If you eat fruit on an empty stomach, you can eat as much as you want or as long as you want, but after eating the fruit, you must wait 20 to 30 minutes before eating other foods. This will allow the fruit or juice to have ample time to leave the stomach. Juice and some fruits take less time, but it is still safer to wait twenty to thirty minutes. Bananas, dried dates and dried fruits take forty-five minutes to an hour to pass through the stomach.

If you eat food other than fruit first, you must wait at least three hours before eating fruit, and if you eat meat, you must wait at least four hours. However, these times are only calculated for food that is properly matched. If you eat meat and the food is not properly matched, the food will stay in your stomach for at least eight hours. During this period, you should not consume fruit or juice.

Eat fruit for breakfast

One of the necessary rules for a diet that won't make you fat is to eat nothing but fruit and juice from the time you wake up in the morning until at least noon. You can eat or drink as much of the above two types as you want, there is no limit on the intake, but you have to take your body's feelings into consideration - don't eat too much! If you eat nothing but fruits and juices, you won't consume energy but instead gain energy to supply you with throughout the day. Digesting fruit requires almost no energy because the fruit does not need to be digested in the stomach; it is sufficient as long as it is fully chewed.

Eating fruit can make you more productive and energetic throughout the day because you are storing energy instead of wasting it. Once you develop the habit of eating only fruits and drinking juice before noon, you will be amazed at the significant effects it has on you. After experiencing this wonderful feeling, you will wonder why you had to eat a heavy breakfast when you got up in the morning.

Consuming only fruits and juice in the morning is the key to a diet that won’t make you fat. Interestingly, many people told me that although they did not follow the diet completely, the only principle they maintained for a long time was to consume only fruits and juices before noon. In this way, they could still get huge benefits, which is undoubtedly the main reason for the success of the diet. If you just want to start with one principle, start by eating only fruit in the morning.
