5 homemade PET bottle dumbbell tricks to beautify your arms and shape your upper body

Props: PET bottle (capacity not limited), water.

STEP1/ Hold the plastic bottle with one hand and stretch it upwards, and bend the other hand to support the elbow of the straightened hand.

STEP 2/ Hold the plastic bottle with one hand and bend it backwards in a diagonal manner. Repeat 6 to 10 times. Use the other hand to hold your elbow and keep it still.
