3R metabolic diet makes fat disappear automatically

Hormones are chemical messengers that control and coordinate activities throughout the body. The main purpose of your endocrine system is to maintain hormonal stability in the body, so that there are not too many hormones in the body, such as insulin, cortisol, thyroid, etc., but just enough to maintain the good functioning of the overall body functions.

Problems arise when we have too much or too little of certain hormones in our bodies. Maybe your glands are overproducing hormones. Maybe the receptors in your cells are abnormal and can't bind to the hormones. Maybe there's a problem with an organ like your liver or kidneys, causing the levels of hormones circulating in your body to be too high. Or maybe your endocrine system is receiving strange hormone-like signals from toxins in your food or from the environment, causing your body to release the wrong hormones in response.

We need to eliminate external endocrine disruptors as much as possible to allow the body's hormone supply system to function smoothly again, so that your body can return to its old job - growing meat, burning fat, and staying healthy and happy.

Refuse to eat foods that trigger obesity hormones - Remove

The first step of the "3R Metabolic Diet" is to "Remove", the most important of which is processed food. No chemical ingredients, no MSG, no trans fats, no artificial sweeteners, no thickening, and no additives for stability or other reasons that can change the texture and freshness of food. You have to start learning to get rid of foods that prevent the release of weight loss hormones in your body. We also need to eliminate (or at least try to reduce) some natural foods that can easily disrupt hormones in the body, even if they are natural.

Hydrogenated fat can cause you to have heart disease and disrupt your metabolism: Hydrogenated fat will increase the "bad" low-density lipoprotein and triglycerides in the body, and reduce the "good" high-density lipoprotein, which is more serious than saturated fat.

Refined grains, all nutrients are gone: Once grains are refined, the husk and bacteria are removed to extend their shelf life, but almost all of the fiber, vitamins and minerals in the grains are lost.

High fructose corn syrup, the most evil refined grain: High fructose corn syrup somehow tricks the body into not releasing insulin and leptin, two hormones that should normally be released after you eat.

Artificial sweeteners make the metabolic system forget the high calories of sugar: Studies have shown that if animals are fed yogurt with artificial sweeteners, they will eat more, weigh more, and have more body fat than animals that eat yogurt with added glucose (a natural sugar with the same calories as ordinary sugar, 15 calories per teaspoon).

Artificial preservatives and colorings disrupt hormones and cause cancer: Artificial preservatives added to food can make us age and cause a variety of autoimmune diseases. Researchers are finding that an increasing number of preservatives can disrupt the body's biochemistry, inhibit metabolism, and interfere with our ability to lose weight.

Glutamate (MSG) is an excitotoxin: MSG destroys leptin receptors, causing the body to produce more leptin while causing leptin resistance in the brain.

Don’t eat too much of: starchy root vegetables/tropical fruits, dried fruits, canned fruits/don’t eat too much soy/be careful with alcohol/full-fat dairy products and fatty meats/canned foods/caffeine.
