(4) Sit on the edge of a reclining chair, bend over and straighten your back forward. Slowly straighten your upper body toward the back of the chair and hold it there for 10 seconds.

(5) Do not use rings or handles when riding the subway. Spread your feet shoulder-width apart and use your hips to maintain balance.
